Indigenous – Vancouver Mainland
Residents have an opportunity to fly into several northern Indigenous communities to work with Dr. John Pawlovich. Residents are fully immersed into the community and spend time with community members outside of the clinic.

During their first year, residents complete a variety of rotations including in family practice clinics.

Resident retreats combine learning with recreational activities.

The Strathcona site on Vancouver Island provides a robust, challenging experience delivered within a supportive, collegial environment.

The community of Chilliwack and surrounding area offers a large selection of recreational pursuits including hiking, mountain biking, fishing, skiing and rock climbing.
